3. Regulatory Status & Research-Use-Only Products

1: Vantyx Research is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
2:Vantyx Research is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
3:We do not compound, manufacture, or dispense drugs for human or veterinary use.
Additionally: All products sold by Vantyx Research are for laboratory research use only.
Products are NOT intended for:
- Human consumption, injection, inhalation, or application
- Use in food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary applications
- Diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease
- Any clinical, medical, household, or commercial application
Misuse of products is strictly prohibited.
4. Chemical / Biological Hazard Notice
Our products may pose chemical, biological, or physical hazards. You agree to:
- Handle all materials exclusively in controlled laboratory environments.
- Use proper PPE and follow appropriate safety protocols.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
5. FDA Disclaimer
Statements and products provided by Vantyx Research have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

2:Vantyx Research is not a 503B outsourcing facility.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
6. Purchaser Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

- You assume full responsibility for the lawful and safe handling, storage, and use of all purchased materials.
- You understand the inherent risks associated with research chemicals.
- You acknowledge that Vantyx Research does not compound pharmaceuticals under 503A or 503B.

7. Waiver of Liability

8. Indemnification Agreement
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vantyx Research from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising out of:

- Any misuse or unlawful use of materials
- Any allegation of improper compounding or pharmaceutical use related to 503A/503B
9. Requirements for Using the Store

You are legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

- You understand that Vantyx Research does not provide compounded medications.
- You will not resell or distribute products for prohibited purposes.
